5 Tips for New VIPKID Teachers

 

In my wildest dreams, I never imagined that I would fulfill my lifelong desire of becoming a teacher while working from my living room in Christmas pajamas. I wake up every morning and log-on to my teacher portal where I am greeted by smiling children who live across the world in China. Thanks to VIPKID, an online teaching and educational company founded by Cindy Mi in 2013, I can connect with students for one-on-one ESL lessons from anywhere with a stable internet connection. Since I started my new job 50 days ago, I’ve learned how to take better care of myself and that laughter is a universal language.
